Hyderabad is a city which is connected to the major cities and towns in India and shares the main national highways to Mumbai, Bangalore and Vijayawada etc. One can find plenty of Dhabas on these highways around Hyderabad but below are the few with good ambience and taste where you can visit with families.

Best Dhabas in Hyderabad Highway:

On Hyderabad – Vijayawada National Highway:

1. Raju gari Thota – As the name indicates, this place is full of greenery and you’ll get authentic telugu foods as well as North Indian foods. This is the best restaurant on that route with good ambience and infrastructure. You’ll have ample parking space for all types of vehicles. This Dhaba/restaurant is almost in between Hyderabad and Vijayawada route. Also, if you are a Tea lover, don’t forget to have tandoori chai here.

2. 7 food court – If you’re riding in an EV car and worrying about the battery charging then you should stop at this Dhaba. This Dhaba near to Hyderabad is a one stop destination for all varieties of food as one can get not only food but also different food brands like Subway, Dominos, Café coffee day, cream stone and many more. I must recommend that you try breakfast since the dosa and a cup of coffee will melt your taste buds.

On Hyderabad – Mumbai National Highway: 

You’ll find so many Dhabas which are very near to Hyderabad Outer ring road. Here is the list     of the Dhabas on this route which are very close to each other: The kings dhaba, Santoshi family dhaba, Pista house etc., but below are my favorite restaurants on this route.

1. The Palace – This mughlai cuisine dhaba is 5 Kilometre away from the Hyderabad ORR. The eatery has a palace-like appearance in Hyderabad. If you’re travelling with kids, they will love this location because there are so many activities in addition to sports available. I must say you should try mutton biryani here and Hyderabadi famous Zaffrani chai.

2. Zam Zam – If you’re craving for Punjabi food then you should visit this dhaba. This is a place where you can enjoy varieties of food and beverages at a very low cost. My suggestion is to go here in a group so that you may be sorted out with lots of things and a cheap bill. Haleem is the must try item here if you’re visiting in Ramzan season.

On Hyderabad – Kurnool – Bangalore Highway:

1. The Pyramid – The ideal dhaba is the perfect place to stop for a quick break during a lengthy drive. The ice creams, shakes, and sandwiches are among the many different things you may discover here, so try those first. Kids will like this place because it has a kids’ play area and it’s relaxing for them after a long hour-long trip. From breakfast to dinner, you’ll have many food options available here.

2. Lava Stone – The food at this Drive-Inn Dhaba is excellent, and it has all the conveniences. The box cricket is an addition to this location because there aren’t many dhabas in the Hyderabad area that provide it. It is advised to go to this dhaba at night because it is glitzy with lights and makes for beautiful photos. Must try the bamboo biryani.

On Hyderabad – Shamshabad Highway:

1. Janata Drive in – It is a 24 hours dhaba near to the airport which offers plenty of variety foods and also offers delivery but it is recommended to call to know if the late night delivery service is available or not.

1. President Dhaba – It is located in Madhapur. As soon as you enter this restaurant, you’ll have the same sort of dhaba experience. You’ll feel like you’re in a real North Indian dhaba, right down to the seating area, tables and food taste.

2. Dhaba Estd 1986 – This is the best Punjabi food dhaba that is in Hyderabad. The architecture is incredibly vibrant, and the atmosphere is similar to that of the dhabas on the highway. The meal is served in copper utensils, which makes the dhaba experience more lively. Location: Kondapur

3. Pariwar Dhaba – This Dhaba in Hyderabad is one of the oldest dhaba which is located near to Shamshabad. Must try Malai fish tikka, Desi tandoori chicken, Qubani ka meetha and many more mouthwatering dishes.This 30 year old dhaba offering their signature dishes at a very reasonable price.

4. President Dhaba Bar And Kitchen – This ideal dhaba restaurant in Hyderabad offers village cot dining and is situated in the Jubilee Hills. Because of the great location, reservations should be made in advance, especially on weekends to prevent long wait times. Patiala lassi is a dish that must be tried. You’ll find alcoholic beverages here, as the restaurant name represents.
